1. What is the purpose of the site?
For online shopping without having to go to one place to another for different thing. Lazada acts as a one stop centre for online shopping.
2. Who is the intended audience?
For everyone especially customers with online banking application because Lazada require online payment method. But Lazada also offers Cash On Delivery system.
3. Do you think that the site reaches its intended audience ? Why or why not?
Yes. Because they offers varities of payment method and product choice.
4. Is this site useful to you? Why or why not?
Yes. Because customer don't have to spend a lot of time outside to search for the products they want. This site also provide add to cart which helps user to choose the product they want and hold the payment process,and at the same time,customer can browse another product.
5. List one interesting fact or issue that this site addresses.
Customer can sort the prices of the product by choosing whether by discount or prices:low to high and vice versa. It is also can sort by ratings of the product and delivery time(whether short or long.
6. Would you encourage others to visit the site?
Promote to friends and share it at media social so others can know and alert about this site. We also can give a positive feedback to the site.
7. How could this site be improved ?
Add more local bank partner so everyone can buy on this web site.
